Happy Birthday to Us!

New stuff is here, just in time for our Birthday! Smash is one and we don't care who knows. In fact, if your wanting to come check out the new stuff we just got in from a factory, (impressive things, I do say so myself), you should drop by on Thursday. Starting at around 8pm we are having a nice shin dig that is going to celebrate our year of success. Come on by. 

As for the new things, I am currently cleaning, pricing and photographing them. Hopefully by the end of the week, we will have our blog updated with all the new things.

Shout Out!

Che Kothari. What a man's man! Yesterday in Dundas Square Manifesto hosted a MJ dj party for Canada day. Not only was the party put together in a day, it had a turn out of over 2000 people, and was rocking! The stage, square and street were packed with people paying tribute by getting their groove on. Outside of the Box

Available at Atelier 688 is something that was once ours. This table top, made of solid pine, as well as the kayak above, once were a part of our collection. Things grow up and move on however, which is great because they look better in this space.

Last night was a big night for one of the guys that works at Smash/Jerome Jenner. Jon Todd opened his gallery show -Babylon- at Yves Laroche in Old Montreal last night. Alongside his great friend Martin Wittfooth, they took over the gallery walls with their unusual imagery. Folks from Toronto and around North America made the trek to be there for the moment the doors opened and from what I hear, they were impressed! (I will find out myself this weekend)

Babylon runs from now until the 28th of June
